SoCal Precision Inspection was founded with a clear mission: to provide San Diego property buyers, sellers, and owners with the most thorough, honest, and technology-driven inspection services available.
After witnessing too many families move into homes with hidden defects — problems that a proper inspection should have caught — our founder Ray Bitar decided to build an inspection company that would never cut corners.

Ray Bitar brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, building science, and property inspection to every job. A San Diego resident with deep roots in the community, Ray understands the unique challenges that Southern California properties face — from coastal moisture exposure to seismic considerations.
Ray is licensed, insured, and certified through the industry’s most respected organizations. He personally oversees every inspection to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy. His meticulous approach and genuine care for his clients have made SoCal Precision Inspection one of the most referred inspection companies in the region.
When he’s not inspecting properties, Ray is involved in local community organizations and mentors aspiring home inspectors in the San Diego area.
